SugarPot Child Safety Standards

SugarPot is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and complying with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations.
1. Age Requirement
- SugarPot is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.
- Users who are identified as under 18 are not permitted on the platform and may be removed.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
SugarPot has zero tolerance for:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- grooming, sexual exploitation, or solicitation of minors;
- any sexualized content involving minors;
- trafficking, coercion, or abuse of children.
Any such behavior or content may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
3. In-App Reporting and User Safety
- Users can report profiles, messages, and harmful behavior in-app.
- Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible by our moderation and safety process.
- We prioritize reports related to child safety and exploitation.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
SugarPot may take enforcement actions including:
- content removal;
- account restrictions/suspension;
- permanent account termination;
- preservation of relevant evidence where legally required.
5. Law Enforcement and Mandatory Reporting
Where required by applicable law, SugarPot reports CSAM/CSAE-related incidents to relevant regional or national authorities and cooperates with lawful investigations.
